Open the Maintain Requisition page.</p><p>2. Click the View Printable Version link on the bottom, left side of the page.</p><p>3. A warning window will pop up with the message “You do not have the permission required to run window option.”</p><p>4. This is expected, it is just part of the process. Click . </p><p>5. Click the link at the top, right corner of the page.</p><p>6. In the new window, under Main Menu, select Reporting Tools/ Report Manager.</p><p>CFS 9.2 Page 2 of 3 4/15/14 California State University, Chico Printing a Requisition</p><p>NOTE: (If screen opens to List tab, click on Administration tab.</p><p>7. Click the button on the upper right corner of the page until the link is available.</p><p>8. Click the link to view the Requisition.</p><p>9. Review the Requisition for accuracy. If the Requisition is complete, print a copy.</p><p>10.To make a change to the Requisition, close the PDF file.</p><p>11. Close the Report Manager and return to the Maintain Requisitions page to make the necessary changes.</p><p>12. After the changes have been made and the Requisition has been saved, return to step #2 of these instructions. </p><p>CFS 9.2 Page 3 of 3 4/15/14</p>
