Assessment Criteria Nominate one selection criteria against which your submission will be assessed. 1. Approaches to teaching and the support of learning that influence, motivate and inspire students to learn 2. Development of curricula, resources or services that reflect a command of the field 3. Evaluation practices that bring about improvements in teaching and learning 4. Innovation, leadership or scholarship that has influenced and enhanced learning and teaching and/or the student experience. Your Submission – maximum 4 A4 pages and must include the following: The core element of a nomination for a Citation is the written statement in which nominees describe their contribution to student learning. The written statement should have three components, presented in this order: 1 Proposed Citation written in the third person describing the distinctive contribution of the nominee including discipline or field of work (up to 25 words and avoiding jargon) Example: “ For novel and effective approaches to engaging first-year students in collaborative learning and peer review in a large class setting” 2 Overview of the contribution and its context 3 Statement addressing chosen selection criterion (one only). Lists of references should be included within the 4 pages.
