GENERAL MEET INFORMATION

REGISTRATION: Deadline for all entries must be received by Monday, June 15, 2015. Coaches may email any last minute changes no later than Thursday, June 18, 2015 by Noon (by email only).

There will be NO same day registration.

GENERAL INFO: Coaches meeting will be held at 8:30 am.

AAU membership cards are not required for registration but AAU requires them since this is an AAU sanctioned event. Also membership cards provide each athlete with secondary medical coverage needed in case of an injury or illness.

No more than two relay teams per age division, gender or team.

It is important that coaches and athletes report to the track at least one hour prior to the scheduled event, due to the fact that the schedule is subject to change. It is the sole responsibility of the coach/parent to make sure the athlete does not miss his/her event.

Coaches and parents please remain in the stands at all times. All athletes, coaches and parents must clear the infield 30 minutes prior to the start of the meet.

All running events will report to the staging area. All field events report directly to the event site.

The meet will be run on a rolling time schedule so please be sure that your athletes check in at the staging area immediately following the first call for their scheduled event.

Any contesting of a running or field event must be filed within 30 minutes after the event or when results are posted. All requests must be submitted in writing and given to a staff member at the contesting table. A $25.00 deposit is required and will be refunded, if corrections are made.

BeBe Blazers will need to complete a Entry Form/Waiver (in packet) though no fees will be charged.

Admission Fee: $4.00 fee will be charged for general admission. Athletes are free, and one coach pass per 10 athletes will be provided, up to a total of three. Children ages 5 & under are free.
