Change the name of the Archive Folder 1. Right-click on the Archived Folder 2. Select “Properties for …” 3. Click the “Advanced…” button 4. Type the name
Compact Archived file 1. File, Data File Management 2. Click on Settings… 3. Click on “Compact Now”
