Use the arrow to move the address books Recover deleted emails 1. Click on the Deleted Item first 2. Tools, Recover Deleted Items… 3. Select the message you want to recover, then click the second button from the right</p><p>Setting up Delegations</p><p>For the owner: 1. Tools, Options, Delegates 2. Click the “Add” button 3. Locate the person you want to give the rights to 4. Set up permission levels for the item(s) For the delegates 1. File, Open, Open Other User’s Folder 2. Click on “Name” 3. Locate the name of the “Other user” 4. Select the folder you are set to access Archive, Archive, Archive…</p><p>Open Archive Folder 1. File, Open, Outlook Data File</p><p>Change the name of the Archive Folder 1. Right-click on the Archived Folder 2. Select “Properties for …” 3. Click the “Advanced…” button 4. Type the name</p><p>Compact Archived file 1. File, Data File Management 2. Click on Settings… 3. Click on “Compact Now”</p>
