Job Title: CSR/Mobile Branch Driver

Summary: Represents the bank while driving the Mobile Branch and provides superior customer service to our customer-premise banking clients. Also works in the branch office, providing customers with efficient and accurate transaction processing. Provides customer referrals for new or additional products and services.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

1. Drive “Mobile Branch” bank vehicle to pick up and deliver documents and teller work from MPB customers.

2. Promote and maintain positive relations with all contacts, customers, and potential customers.

3. Comply with all department and Bank policies and procedures.

4. Contribute to the fulfillment of branch and Bank objectives and goals.

5. Perform as a team member in allocating and coordinating the work flow.

6. Operates a teller window to serve the Bank’s customers at the branch, accepting retail and/or commercial deposits, verifying cash, and endorsements and providing customers receipts.

7. Identifying customers and cashing checks, or referring customers to an officer for authorization to cash checks.

8. Providing additional customer services including Cashiers Checks, Personal Money Orders, Savings Bonds, Stop Payments, and Certificates of Deposits.

9. Promotes the Bank’s products and services, utilizing a solutions-based approach.

10. All other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Ability: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees or an organization.

Math Ability: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Word; Microsoft Excel; internet software.

Other Requirements: Mobile Branch Drivers are required to have a valid Washington State Driver’s License, have and maintain a clean driving record and agree to all terms of the Mountain Pacific Mobile Branch Driver Agreement.
