 Did you get to your websites (Like the NYTimes) via ACS? If you used a database to get there you have to cite the database too. Check RFW.  Indent all citation lines after the first—makes it easier to alphabetize…and is the correct format too…  Journal of Family Psychology; 2001. 15 Issue 3, p476-491 15 (2001):I don’t think you have to underline ALL of that…  You’re using MLA, right? There are some odd capitalization errors and other places where your sentences repeat or are missing words.  Have you found any sources that argue that women SHOULD be having these problems b/c leaving the work force temporarily DOES create a problem with getting them back up to speed? That they come back to work with a split focus and that this is bad for employers, so it makes sense why there would be a glass ceiling for the majority of women in business.  Your annotations are pretty good—some weird sentence problems I alluded to above, but they are useful to you and that’s the important part.
