What Does Being Included in the Festival Involve?

Music and Drama Festival 2018 1 – 20 March 2018

In 2018 the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames will be celebrating the performing arts. Between 1 – 20 March we will be showcasing a variety of music, dance and drama performances by local artists, arts organisations and schools taking place in venues across the borough.

If you are currently planning, or have already planned an event which will take place in Richmond upon Thames between 1 - 20 March and you would like extra promotion in the form of a web listing and social media from the Council, we want to hear from you!

What does being included in the festival involve?

 A listing and link to your website on the LBRUT website Arts Pages

 Marketing and publicity support from LBRUT Comms team

 Access to the festival logo for your publicity

Festival participants are responsible for the artistic content of their work as well as securing a venue, managing ticket sales, the running of the event and all associated costs.

We ask that participating organisations provide audience numbers and evaluation statistics to contribute to the overall festival evaluation and that these are provided within 3 weeks of your event taking place.

If you have a piece of work you would like to be included in next year’s festival please fill out the details opposite and return by Wednesday 10 January.

Content will start to be uploaded to the festival website 10 January onwards with the aim of information being accessible to the public by the end of January.
