<p> Music and Drama Festival 2018 1 – 20 March 2018</p><p>In 2018 the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames will be celebrating the performing arts. Between 1 – 20 March we will be showcasing a variety of music, dance and drama performances by local artists, arts organisations and schools taking place in venues across the borough.</p><p>If you are currently planning, or have already planned an event which will take place in Richmond upon Thames between 1 - 20 March and you would like extra promotion in the form of a web listing and social media from the Council, we want to hear from you!</p><p>What does being included in the festival involve?</p><p> A listing and link to your website on the LBRUT website Arts Pages</p><p> Marketing and publicity support from LBRUT Comms team </p><p> Access to the festival logo for your publicity</p><p>Festival participants are responsible for the artistic content of their work as well as securing a venue, managing ticket sales, the running of the event and all associated costs. </p><p>We ask that participating organisations provide audience numbers and evaluation statistics to contribute to the overall festival evaluation and that these are provided within 3 weeks of your event taking place.</p><p>If you have a piece of work you would like to be included in next year’s festival please fill out the details opposite and return by Wednesday 10 January.</p><p>Content will start to be uploaded to the festival website 10 January onwards with the aim of information being accessible to the public by the end of January.</p><p>If you have any questions about any of this please do not hesitate to contact: Emma Cookson: [email protected] 020 8831 6000</p><p>Please fill out the sections below.
