Approval of minutes from Mrs. Foote noted an error in the minutes from 12/8/16. Instead of last meeting stating Mrs. Willis-Frye presented a power point presentation on the FSA data, it should state Mr. Williams presented the power point. The error was noted to be changed. A Motion to approve the minutes from Unfinished Business/Old 12/08/16 was made by Amanda Willis-Frye, seconded by Jennifer Business Gedriatis. Approved unanimously.

 Mr. Williams stated that at the last meeting we went over the testing scores on I-Station and I-ready. Then Mr. Williams stated we are going to re-look at some updated scores and data.  Mr. Williams introduce Mrs. Willis-Frye to go over the new I- station data. Mrs. Willis-Frye stated the I-Station ISIP for December was optional. That the teachers could set an on demand test. January’s ISIP was automatically assigned. Mrs. Willis-Frye presented the data of the students, in kindergarten through fifth grade, that finished the ISIP for January. Mrs. Willis- Frye explained that Lake County school district uses the guidelines for 2011/2012 ISIP data. Not all districts do this. However the district found that the data matched the FSA results more if it was based on the 2011/2012 standards. Mrs. Williams stated that then we can group the students in that lower level and give added support.  Mr. Williams Introduced Mrs. Foote to present the I-ready data. Mrs. Foote then presented the I-ready data from the mid-year testing. Not all of the students have finished testing, therefore, the data isn’t complete yet. There is a resource now that the teachers can group the students by skills and pull further resources for small groups.  Mr. Williams added that parents are a key in helping the school with added support for the students.
