Rules The tournament is a double elimination for each bracket. Each match is best 2 out of 3 games, or a 15 minute time limit. The Championship match is best 2 out of 3 games, with a time limit of 1 hour. If a ball hits you, you are eliminated. If you catch a ball thrown at you, the person who threw the ball is out. If you try to catch a ball and miss, but you have touched the ball, you are out. If the ball bounces off the ground and then hits the player, it is a dead ball and no one is out. If you are holding a ball and use it to deflect a ball thrown by the other team, but you drop the ball you are holding, you are out. If you are holding a ball and use it to deflect a ball thrown by the other team, and you maintain possession o the original ball, the thrown ball is a dead ball. It is at the discretion of the ref to call a player out. Once a player is called out, they must immediately drop any balls and leave the court. Eliminated players are not allowed to touch the balls during play, if this happens, if could result in a possible forfeiture. Head shots are not allowed and if they occur, it is to the discretion of the ref if the thrower is eliminated. All calls made by a ref are final; any situation not mentioned will be handled at the discretion of the ref. Each team must have all of its players to play. If a team does not have all of its players within 5 minutes of a scheduled game time, the team short of players forfeits the match.
