Year 11 Exams EXAMS

Dear Parent/Guardian

Year 9 Examinations will be held from Tuesday June 2 until Thursday June 4 inclusive. The program allows for examinations in English, Extension Studies, Science, Health, Italian and Level 1 Mathematics. Please read the information carefully and contact the College if you require clarification. If your child does not study one of the examined subjects, they will attend normal classes.

During the examination period, students must present for their examinations in full school uniform. No food or drink, other than water is allowed in the examination room except under special medical circumstances as approved by the Deputy Principal Learning and Staff. Students need to be aware of the examination regulations, including the banning of any electronic communication devices e.g. mobile phones and I-pods. Year 9 students will attend normal classes during the examination period except for the times of the actual examinations. They are required to attend homeroom each morning. The full examination timetable is detailed below. Please note the venue is either SM1 or the normal classroom for the elective subject.

Students in Year 9 will attend normal classes except for the schedules examinations.
