The Alexandria Band Boosters is proud to present the Annual Miss Alexandria Beauty Pageant. Pageant Rehearsal Time Pageant Time Elementary (Grades 1-6) Wednesday, April 23 - 3:00 pm Friday, April 25 - 6:30 pm Pre School* (1 yr old-Kindergarten) Thursday, April 24 - 5:00 pm Saturday, April 26 - 10:00 am High School (Grades 7-12) Thursday, April 24 - 3:00 pm Saturday, April 26 - 6:30 pm *Kindergarten is considered Pre School and will compete in the Saturday AM pageant Contestants are to compete in age appropriate pageant dresses.

Please complete the registration form (digital copy available on school website/hard copies available in school office) and have it submitted with payment of $40 by April 11th payable to Alexandria Band Boosters. Entry forms and fees can be turned in to Mrs. Anna Barnes at Alexandria High School or placed in the drop boxes located in the Elementary & High School offices. All information sheets and fees should be placed in an envelope with the contestant’s name and division listed on the front of the envelope.

Please note: Registration is not complete until payment has been received.

If entering the Miss Photogenic Division: One 8X10 photo must be turned in by the registration deadline along with the additional $10 fee. Please include contestant name & division on the back of the photo. Protect the photo by placing it in an envelope before leaving it in the drop box.

If purchasing a Pageant T-Shirt: Please indicate size and quantity located at the bottom of the registration form. Please include your $10 t-shirt payment with your registration fee.

Terms & Conditions There will be a professional photographer available one hour before each pageant to make individual photographs of the contestants. In consideration of the photographer, there will be no personal digital photography allowed in the photography area. Personal digital photography is welcome in all other areas and during the pageant.

The Miss Alexandria Beauty Pageant is sponsored and coordinated by the Alexandria Band Boosters, a volunteer organization open to all band parents, relatives, and friends. The Alexandria Band Boosters are not and do not claim to be professional pageant organizers. All proceeds raised from the pageant are used to help pay for band expenses and activities.

In the event that a contestant withdraws from the pageant, there will be no refund of fees.

Judges for the Miss Alexandria Beauty Pageant are in no way affiliated with the Alexandria Community or the Alexandria Band Boosters. The judges are not professional pageant judges but the Pageant Judge Committee makes every effort to hire well qualified judges. Score sheets will not be released for viewing; however, we assure you that the judging, calculating, and announcement of winners will be fair. Your cooperation and understanding in this matter is appreciated.
