Assistant to Directors, FF&E procurement and entry level designer required immediately. Candidate must have Energy, enthusiasm and a pro-active, ‘can do’ attitude.

Carden Cunietti are looking for a new member to join their team at the studio in North West London. This is a multi -faceted role with the ability to learn and grow in the position. The pace of the role is fast and strong organisational skills are required to both run and work effectively across several projects at a time. The right person will see the benefits of being part of a small and tight team in an esteemed and highly respected organisation, with the scope to develop within it.

Responsibilities include:

-Office Management: Administrative tasks such as phone answering, office administration, deliveries, dealing with suppliers and appointments so a very good knowledge of Microsoft Office is required. Good organisational skills are part of the necessity of this role. Excellent communication skills. Excellent English grammar and spelling.

-FF&E responsibilities include: ordering using Esti PC estimating software, chasing orders and ensuring that goods arrive on time for many projects at once.

-Design skills required – a Minimum of 1 year’s interior design education is mandatory. You will be assisting the Directors and senior designers on larger projects. A good knowledge of how to draw scaled plans and elevations on CAD, 3-d Drawings in Sketchup and an excellent knowledge of Photoshop is required. Sourcing appropriate materials and fabrics and dealing with suppliers and a good sense of style and colour is required.
