THE THIRD ORDER of the SOCIETY OF SAINT FRANCIS European Province PROVINCIAL NOVICE GUARDIAN & TRUSTEE 2013 Election Paper To vote, in accordance with the Statutes of the Province, you must be a professed Tertiary within the European Province. All professed members are strongly encouraged to undertake this duty willingly and prayerfully. Chapter (February 2009) decided that proposers, seconders and candidates must be prepared to answer questions about the candidate, from all professed Tertiaries in the European Province who are entitled to vote in this election. Telephone numbers are given for this purpose. Chapter (October 2009) further decided that voting may be by e-mail for those with the ability, who so choose (see the separate guidance notes).
