Commitment: Being a member of this Track and Field family is a privilege and should be taken seriously. We expect athletes to attend every practice, every meet, and give one hundred percent effort. We will practice five days a week Monday thru Friday 3:40- 6:00. BE ON TIME! Meets will be on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. This is an individual as well as a team sport and in order for us to have success as a team everyone must be committed.

Behavior: All of our athletes are expected to behave and follow all rules that are set before them. Respect coaches, teammates, school policies, and most importantly themselves.

Team Roster Coaches will post the roster of those who have made the team by Sunday, February 26.
