AWARD:

1. Specify lines 1 through 9 to four (4) decimal places. Use conventional rounding methodology (i.e., if the number in the 5th decimal place is 0-4, the number in the 4th decimal remains unchanged; if the number in the 5th decimal place is 5-9, the number in the 4th decimal is rounded upward). For examples: 1.20542 would be rounded to 1.2054; and 1.20548 would be rounded to 1.2055.

2. The Other Than Normal Working Hours Adjustment Factors must be greater than or equal to the Normal Working Hours Adjustment Factors.

3. The percentages shown in the table above are for the purpose of calculating an Award Criteria Figure only. No assurances are made by the County that Work will be ordered under the Contract in a distribution consistent with the percentages above. The Award Criteria Figure is only used for the purpose of determining the Bid.

4. When submitting Job Order Price Proposals related to specific Job Orders, the Bidder shall apply one or more of the Adjustment Factors, as applicable, to the Work being performed.

5. All Unit Prices listed in the Construction Task Catalog® are priced at a net value of 1.0000. The Adjustment Factors shall be an increase or decrease to all the Unit Prices listed in the Construction Task Catalog ®. For example, 1.1000 would be a 10% increase to the Unit Prices and 0.9500 would be a 5% decrease to the Unit Prices. Bidders who submit separate Adjustment Factors for separate Unit Prices will be considered non-responsive and their bid will be rejected.
