Job Title: Maintenance Engineer –Facilities Management & Design Period: April 2011 – till date

Responsibilities

 Consultation and Implementation of Planned Preventive Maintenance for various Facilities related to HVAC, BMS, Plumbing, Fire Fighting and Sewage Treatment Plant.

 Maintain the critical facilities systems to a level that meets Industry standards as defined by Engineering.

 Prepare department performance reports and using the operations weekly review, corrective action plans, and trouble reports.

 Establish and track world-class standards for: mean time to repair; mean time to failure; and overall equipment/system effectiveness.

 Ensure that all plant repairs, additions and modifications meet or exceed industry workmanship standards and that all required permits are obtained.

 Establishes and maintains a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) for tracking work orders,

spare parts, and maintenance history of plant equipment.

 Ensures that maintenance technicians are adequately trained, equipped, and motivated so

that the maintenance program can be accomplished in a safe, timely, and cost-effective

manner.

 Tracks, analyzes and improves key maintenance parameters such as asset utilization,

maintenance cost, PM compliance, schedule compliance, etc.

 Directs, maintains, and enforces the safety program for the maintenance department;

reviews safety records to uphold standards of maximum safety for all maintenance

technicians.

 Conducts employee performance reviews based on job descriptions to determine

competency, knowledge, and contribution of the maintenance technicians.
