Responsibilities

 Consultation and Implementation of Planned Preventive Maintenance for various Facilities related to HVAC, BMS, Plumbing, Fire Fighting and Sewage Treatment Plant.

 Maintain the critical facilities systems to a level that meets Industry standards as defined by Engineering.

 Prepare department performance reports and using the operations weekly review, corrective action plans, and trouble reports.

 Establish and track world-class standards for: mean time to repair; mean time to failure; and overall equipment/system effectiveness.

 Ensure that all plant repairs, additions and modifications meet or exceed industry workmanship standards and that all required permits are obtained.
