Visa Network Application Procedure

The process, outlined below, describes how to begin a visa or passport application.

1. To begin the process, review the business visa requirements for U.S. passport holder. (Please call or send us an email if you are holding a foreign passport)

You will find the business visa requirements section located on the right side of the home page. It gives you the exact requirements and processing time.

2. Select the appropriate application form. Click here to download. http://www.visanetwork.com/forms.html

The visa and passport form directory is located on the right side of the home page. The application must be completed and signed, except for 1st time passport. It is imperative to answer all the questions. Do not leave any blank!

3. Complete and submit the Visa Network Order Form. Click here to download. http://www.visanetwork.com/forms.html

Please have all the information available to complete the form, such as department number or credit card number, complete mailing address, phone number, departure date etc. This will help us to process your application expeditiously.

4. Submit the completed visa/passport application to Visa Network.

Overnight your passport, photo(s), application and supporting documentation along with the Visa Network Order Form to VISA NETWORK at:

5. Receive instruction from Visa Network.

After review of documents, if there is any missing item or additional information required by a consulate, you will receive a phone call from one of our consultants within 24 hours, except for multiple visa process.

6. Issuance of visa.

The type of visa and number of entry issued to the applicant are strictly based on the discretion of the consulate.

7. Upon completion of the visa.

The passport and visa will be mailed back to you via Federal Express to the address stated on the order form.

IMPORTANT:

When applying for a visa, please check the passport to ensure it has six months remaining with at least three blank visa pages. Please update your passport immediately if it has less than six months.
