Classically Trained in some of France's most renowned restaurant (Michelin start Le Goyen, Le Fouquet's Paris, Relais Bernard L'Oiseau) Mikael's Career span from Head Chef for Michelin star establishment to Director of Food and Beverage for some of Britain best Restaurants.

However, if you would prefer an utterly bespoke wedding day to suit your aspirations and budget we will tailor make it just for you. Le Frog catering Devon is also able to offer a comprehensive Bespoke ‘place setting’ hire charges starting From £8.00 inc Vat per person. The charge includes your choice of crockery, cutlery, linen napkins, linen tablecloth and wine/water glassware for your meal. We cater for up to 400 guests, whether you are holding your event in a marquee, village hall, your own home or a conference centre we are confident you will be delighted at the service, choice available and freshness of our meats and vegetables. As standard our carvery includes roast pork with crackling, roast beef or roast turkey and is accompanied by roast potatoes, new potatoes, stuffing, Yorkshire puddings, vegetables, rich gravy and all appropriate sauces. We also offer a good range of starters and desserts in addition to a complete waitress/waiter service to make sure your day goes smoothly and without the need for you and your guests lifting a finger leaving you to enjoy the occasion. Our prices start from just £ 14.50 pp including carving chefs. Any of the main courses from our menus can be substituted by a Carvery at no additional cost. The price above is for a minimum of 60 guests and a surcharge may apply for numbers below.
