Your child has the option of STEM and PE for enrichment this summer for the four week program. STEM has three classes urban infrastructure, water, and energy. Your child can choose two STEM classes or one STEM and PE. Please rank the STEM courses and circle PE if your child chooses to do both. This is for any students who are currently in grades 5-8. STEM Camp: Students will have the opportunity to learn about Water, Energy, and Urban Infrastructure. As part of our commitment to STEM education for all students, we are excited to announce the launch of the Discovery Education STEM Camp - a dynamic series of standards-aligned curricula for use as part of summer camps. STEM Camp combines hands-on labs, engineering challenges, digital investigations, and more - all designed to immerse kids in the grand challenges of science set forth by the National Academy of Engineering. Students can sign up for the first two weeks, last two weeks or all four weeks.

PHYSICAL EDUCATION: The summer school fitness program will help students develop skills, knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors that will help lead them to live a physically active lifestyle. This class will consist of team sports as well as individual fitness activities.
