Conditions of Application

1. Acceptance onto the CELTA @ Language Link Vietnam is not automatic or guaranteed. Candidates must satisfactorily pass the Pre-Interview Tasks and Screening Interview to be accepted. Non-native speakers of English must be able to demonstrate that their level of English, both spoken and written, is suitable for the demands of the course. The decision of the centre is final.

2. Upon acceptance, a non-refundable deposit of US$300 must be paid to confirm a place on the course. A place will not be reserved until this deposit has been paid.

3. The balance of the course fees (US$1300) must be paid no later than four weeks prior to commencement of the course.

4. Any cancellation must be made in writing at least four weeks prior to commencement of the course. If this condition is not met, the applicant is not entitled to a refund.

5. After a course has commenced, fees or any part thereof are non-refundable and non-transferable. Language Link Vietnam recommends you take out insurance in case of illness. Classes missed cannot be credited.

6. All candidates applying for the CELTA course must be in a good physical and mental state of health in order to undertake an intensive training programme. Any condition requiring regular medication or treatment must be declared at the time of application.

7. All applicants agree to conform to the professional dress code required by language Link Vietnam of its teaching staff when in the classroom teaching context.
