1.3 Review old Business: 05/696r0, The TG3c Vancouver meeting minutes were reviewed. Motion to approve by J. Gilb and seconded by R. Wilson. The Ballot outcome was 16 yes, 0 no, 0 abstain. The Vancouver meeting minutes were approved.

1.4 Approval of Agenda: 05/741r3, The TG3c agenda was reviewed and updated. Motion to approve the updated agenda, by J. Gilb, and seconded by R. Wilson. The Ballot outcome was 18 yes, 0 no, 0 abstain. The Motion was approved.

1.5 05/439r6, CFI response werewas reviewedupdated, now with 25 intents. CFI closed on 11 Dec 2005.

1.6 05/430r5, A. Seyedi, Chair of Technical Requirements Sub-Group, “Update of Selection Criteria Document”. Updates on the Selection Criteria Document were carried out. An updated list of action items was also produced.

1.7 06/0018r0, C. T. Chou, “MAC in Wireless PAN Using Directional Antennas”. Followed by discussions.

1.8 05/0560r2, J. Gilb, “Interference Model for 802.16”. Summary of interference model for 802.16. Suggested model for TG3c PHY.

1.2 05/692r1, A. Seyedi, “Discussion on Down Selection Process,” review the previously defined Down Selection Process. Suggestion to get confirmation vote within TG after forced merging. If the confirmation vote is less than 75%, then TG3c will ask the 802.15 WG to withdraw the TG3c PAR.

1.3 05/591r1, A. Mathew, “Regulatory Requirements,” Update on the changes in the worldwide requirements. Sheung Li gave an update on the regulatory issues in Europe.

1.4 A. Sadri proposed to convene an ad-hoc meeting to draft a Usage Model Document (UMD), based on I. Gifford’s draft MRD (Market Requirement Document). A straw poll outcome was 8 Yes, 2 No and 0 Abstain.

1.4.06/060r0, H. Ikeda, “TG3c Closing Report”. Motion by S. K. Yong to approve the closing report. Seconded by A. Seyedi. Ballot outcome was 9 yes, 0 no, 0 abstain. The Motion was carried.
