The August 25, 2015 Regular Board Meeting of the Elgin Board of Education was called to order at 6:01 pm by Board President Jennifer Buchanan at the Elgin Community Room.

Discussion Items

 The Recycling Club will be attending the student fair at the OSBA Fall Conference in November.  Discussion was held on digitizing all Elgin records.

Mrs. Dyer introduced Jennifer Perdue and Katie Bruck as new staff members in the Elementary building.

Resolution No.074-15 Executive Session

Mr. Metcalf moved and Ms. Conroy seconded the motion to approve entering into executive session for the purpose of discussing employment of a public employee at 6:23pm.

Mr. Gast left executive session at 6:52 pm.

Mrs. Reynolds left executive session at 7:19 pm.

Mr. Gast re-entered executive session at 7:20 pm.
