Adult Clinics 2016*

*Important: Please read the adult clinic policies below before you register. Spring Session Dates (6 Weeks) : April 25-June 5 Makeup week (rainouts only): June 6-12 Sign Up Date: April 13 @ 12 noon Payment Due Date: April 19 Saturday-Monday, May 21-23, no classes will be held due to long weekend (Victoria Day).

Summer Session Dates (5 Weeks) : June 13-July 10 Makeup week (rainouts only): July 11-July 17 Sign up date: May 31 @ 12 noon Payment due date: June 7 No Classes held July 1-3 (Canada Day)

**The clinic schedule after July 15 will be posted later when the court situation is finalized. Keep checking the website for further updates.

Adult Clinic Policies*:

 Participants in the group lessons must be members before they sign up (no exceptions).

 Registration dates for all sessions are posted above.

 Registration can only be done online, through the club website. Registration is done by logging into the member’s page. There you will find a link to register for lessons. Please check important dates for registration and payment above. No email signups will be accepted.

 Class size is a minimum of 3, but not more than 4 participants. If there are less than 3 signups we reserve the right to cancel the class. Cancellation decisions will be handled on a case by case basis.

 Payment is by cheque, cash, or EMT ([email protected]). All prices include the appropriate taxes. The check should be made payable to Kerry Mitchell (not to SWCPTC). It can be mailed to my home (see address below) or physically turned in at the clubhouse. Cash payments are accepted, made either at the club (receipt will be given) or turned in directly to Kerry (please don’t mail cash payments).

 Payment must be received by the due date.

 Persons on the waiting list will be added to classes if space becomes available. Persons added from the waiting list will have until the start of the first class to make payment.

 Persons on the waiting list (who did not get into a class) will have first priority for the next session. If wait listed you will need to indicate that there is a desire to be placed in the next session (by emailing Kerry directly) no later than 2 weeks after the original registration date. If no contact with Kerry is made then your priority for the next session will be lost.

 Makeup classes are given for rain only (NO EXCEPTIONS).

 Makeup classes will be held the week after the session ends. Make up classes may be held at a different time or night as the regular classes (multiple rainouts may require the use of the weekends for make-ups). Refunds will not be given if the participant cannot be available for the makeup classes.

 If the make-up classes cannot be made up due to rain during the make-up week then refunds will be given.

 If the weather is questionable, please check the Gigasport system or call the clubhouse prior to leaving for the club.

 Adjustments to the adult clinics’ structure may be made as the season goes along. Please check the website carefully when signing up for any changes that might have occurred.

 Substitute instructors maybe utilized if the normal instructor can't do the class.
