Motion moved by Vicki G to amended the previous minutes to add the cost of the P&C QLD membership and insurance to $685.0318.00 seconded Tim Y

General Business  Tim N did attend the Bunning’s conference. We we have all the information we need for the day

 We have agreed to go ahead with the Mother’s Day luncheon

 Bunnings will now have a coordinator- Vicki G

 The mowing roster has been completed

 We will be deciding on a fundraising committee at a later date

 Meet and greet was a successful night

Fundraising Report

Letters have been sent out to businesses in the local and surrounding area.W we have received feedback from Toy World in the form of donated toys

Mother’s Day Luncheon

 A meeting was held with Rudd’s Ppub. T the price of lunch will cost be $27.50.A a motion was moved to increase the price to $30.00 with a $2.50 profit. , tThe date will be 12th May, 11:30am. M minimum 40 people. , Sam and Robyn are happy to donate prizes and we are able to sell tickets

 We need to do up flyers, invites, letters, prizes, decorations, entertainment and sell tickets

Bunning’s Day

 Roster to be sorted out ASAP. The school asap the office will organise the blank reosterdo this

 A motion was moved by Vicki G to be Bunning’s coordinator accepted by the majority seconded Melissa W, Vicki G will be doing up a checklist of what we need for the day and things will be organised asap, Melissa W will find out our current Marsh insurance status and send this to Bunning’s asap, Tim N has filled out a temporary food stall form which has been submitted

 Donation Box is allowed which we have agreed to do. W, we were unable to get the drinks off Joan so we will be sourcing drinks from somewhere else

 We will be puttingTim Y to put something in the newsletter to ask for volunteers for the Bunning’s day

Community Day

 Tim and Staff are interested in having a community nightday and are in the process of planning this and has asked to use the left over ice creams which was agreed by the majority

Polling booth cake Stall

 14th September Nobby school will be holding a polling booth and we as a P&C need to provided food of some kind and this can be talked about closer to the date Bowling Day

 Sunday 21st July 2 games for $15 with the school receiving $3 profit

 Melissa W will ask Rachael Wilson if she could face paint again
