We we have all the information we need for the day </p><p> We have agreed to go ahead with the Mother’s Day luncheon </p><p> Bunnings will now have a coordinator- Vicki G </p><p> The mowing roster has been completed </p><p> We will be deciding on a fundraising committee at a later date </p><p> Meet and greet was a successful night </p><p>Fundraising Report</p><p>Letters have been sent out to businesses in the local and surrounding area.W we have received feedback from Toy World in the form of donated toys</p><p>Mother’s Day Luncheon</p><p> A meeting was held with Rudd’s Ppub. T the price of lunch will cost be $27.50.A a motion was moved to increase the price to $30.00 with a $2.50 profit. , tThe date will be 12th May, 11:30am. M minimum 40 people. , Sam and Robyn are happy to donate prizes and we are able to sell tickets </p><p> We need to do up flyers, invites, letters, prizes, decorations, entertainment and sell tickets</p><p>Bunning’s Day </p><p> Roster to be sorted out ASAP. The school asap the office will organise the blank reosterdo this </p><p> A motion was moved by Vicki G to be Bunning’s coordinator accepted by the majority seconded Melissa W, Vicki G will be doing up a checklist of what we need for the day and things will be organised asap, Melissa W will find out our current Marsh insurance status and send this to Bunning’s asap, Tim N has filled out a temporary food stall form which has been submitted </p><p> Donation Box is allowed which we have agreed to do. W, we were unable to get the drinks off Joan so we will be sourcing drinks from somewhere else </p><p> We will be puttingTim Y to put something in the newsletter to ask for volunteers for the Bunning’s day </p><p>Motion moved by Melissa W to approve the payment of the chocolate account and Home Ice Cream account</p><p>Seconded Tim Y</p><p>Community Day </p><p> Tim and Staff are interested in having a community nightday and are in the process of planning this and has asked to use the left over ice creams which was agreed by the majority </p><p>Polling booth cake Stall</p><p> 14th September Nobby school will be holding a polling booth and we as a P&C need to provided food of some kind and this can be talked about closer to the date Bowling Day </p><p> Sunday 21st July 2 games for $15 with the school receiving $3 profit </p><p> Melissa W will ask Rachael Wilson if she could face paint again</p><p>Meeting confirmed for 16th April Tuesday 6pm Meeting Closed 7:56pm</p><p>Seecretary signature/date President Signature/date</p>
