READER’S BOOK CHOICE FABLE FANTASY DRAMA TURNED MOVIE Name: ______DUE DATE: December 1, 2016 Coach Carey, Room 105 This assignment is a self-paced project designed to give freedom and responsibility to you, the student. Attached to this bingo card is the list of pre-approved books and activities you will be able to choose from. For every book you read, you will complete at least one of the activities in order for you to get your stamp on your bingo card. You must complete different activities for each reading; you may NOT use the same activity for every reading. You must fill out a cover sheet and attach it to every assignment. Once you complete and turn in your assignment after reading your literature, I will then grade your activity and place a stamp on your bingo card. The lists of pre-approved books are merely suggestions and many of the shorter works may be found online. If there is a book or article you would like to read that is not on the list of pre-approved books, you must have written permission beforehand. If you have an idea for a different activity you would like to try, make sure you have my written permission. While some books may be in more than one category, you must choose which spot on your bingo card that you want it to count for as one book can only account for one square. All reading for this assignment will be outside of class time unless otherwise stated. We will complete two sets of Book Bingo over the course of the year; one each semester. All books and activities must be turned in BEFORE December 1, 2016 for the first semester for you to complete the entire assignment. Keep in mind that you may NOT reread books throughout this entire project over the course of two semesters. The object of Book Bingo is to connect any row, column, or diagonal for you to receive full credit on the assignment. Complete the entire page for an extra-special treat!

This is your one and only copy that will be given out; DO NOT LOSE/MISPLACE/THROW AWAY THIS SHEET. When we come back from Christmas Break you will only be given another Bingo Card for the second semester. No books may be repeated.
