Lead a session at the event and your organization could receive a credit!

SUGA and SunGard Public Sector seek your expertise in demonstrating to others how your organization utilizes its SunGard Public Sector products, or the products of authorized SunGard Public Sector Third-Party Solution Providers. Additionally, your expertise with other subjects is welcome. If interested in leading a session on any subject matter of interest to other SunGard Public Sector customers, please review the presenter deadlines as well as the details about incentives available and submit your proposal for consideration.

Incentive for Presenting at a 2017 Regional Training Event The presentation of your approved session(s) will result in one of the following incentives to your organization:

 Maintenance credit – This will be a credit that appears on your organization’s next maintenance billing after the event.  Event credit – This will be in the form of a check issued to your organization after the event.

You will choose your preferred option prior to the event. Your organization will receive the chosen credit after the event.

The credit amount is determined as follows:

 A credit of $250 for the first session topic, with a $125 credit for each additional session topic* to a maximum of three total session topics per individual (maximum credit per person is $500) will be issued to the organization on a maintenance billing cycle following the event.

 Maximum number of presenters per organization is four.

 Maximum credit per organization is $1,000.

Here are some examples.

Example 1: Presenter 1 gives 1 session = $250 Presenter 2 gives 1 session = $250 Presenter 3 gives 1 session = $250 Presenter 4 gives 1 session = $250 TOTAL CREDIT=$1,000

Example 2: Presenter 1 gives 2 sessions – $250+$125=$375 Presenter 2 gives 2 sessions = $250+$125=$375 Presenter 3 gives 1 session = $250 TOTAL CREDIT=$1,000

Example 3: Presenter 1 gives 1 session = $250 Presenter 2 gives 1 session = $250 Presenter 3 gives 4 sessions – $250+$125+$125+$0=$500 TOTAL CREDIT=$1,000

Either the maintenance credit option or the event credit option may be selected. Portions of both are not available.

Qualifiers:  The incentive is based on one presenter per session. There is no further incentive provided for additional presenters in the same session.

 Additional sessions must be different topics to qualify for additional credit. While a user is welcome to present the same topic more than one time if desired, there is no further incentive provided for doing so.

 If you become unable or unwilling to present at the event, the credit will be forfeited.

 Should presented material differ from approved material submitted, presenter may be subject to disqualification from presenting at future events.
