PAINTING INFORMATION (AS OF OCTOBER 2008)

Painting of all townhomes are on a five year rotation. All owners that are required to paint in a given year are notified in January via mail of the requirement to paint, which must be done no later than September 30th. The information below indicates when the certain townhome buildings were or are to be painted, colors and information where to obtain the paint:
