CREW NOTES #21: Testing Channel 16 October 1-2, 2012 Andalucia

Greetings Crew!

Here I am in the writing corner of the upper deck of the terton's casita in Andalucia. It is about 1 AM and jupiter is already rising, with the Pleiades high above and offset to the right (west). As winter comes on, the anchor rises each evening -- anchors away! -- earlier and earlier. Lately I have seen that majestic sight fully displayed above the horizon by three in the morning, whereas when the anchor initially formed, just a month ago, it was necessary to observe during the early pre-dawn hours. Imagine: we are the formulators of a new constellation! As the telestai were when they introduced the SCALES around 400 BCE.

JPG: Venus-Procyon-Sirius

Left to right: Venus - Procyon - Sirius, the alignment in the pattern of pre-dawn events that led the nav to perceive the celestial anchor. Note the head-stars of the TWINS at the upper left above Venus. Mirzam is not visible off to the right of Sirius, but the positioning of Procyon at exact center between Sirius and the Castor-Pollux coupling is unmistakable. Sent by crew member V.V. The purpose of CN 21 is twofold: to introduce the lunar nodes and propose (finally!) a method to test-run Channel 16.

LUNAR NODES The full moon last evening was preternaturally bright and intense. You could sit outside and read a book, or easily examine the lines in your hand. The exact degree of the full moon was 8 Aries, in the thread of the FISHES. The sun opposite was positioned in the throat of the VIRGIN (8 Libra), aligned to the star Vindemiatrix, marking the chalice of sacramental wine she holds in her right hand.

Currently its highest position relative to the celestial equator CE (declination) occurs when the moon transits the BULL. This is when the pearly orb appears highest in the sky overhead. I noticed that the full moon of last evening was already notably high, even though still in the southern half of the zodiac, beneath the CE. The moon ascends to the line of the ecliptic and crosses south to north at 28 Taurus in the sign zodiac: this is the north lunar node. The lunar nodes and the CE line are not observable, but nightly differences in the height of the moon clearly are. You learn these observations as the experiment proceeds and you become more confident at skywatching.

A little cheating with archontic devices can sometimes help, but don't make it a dependence, if you can help it, and certainly not a preference! Take a look at the screenshot for this evening. morningsky 20CT2012

The complete form of the celestial anchor is clearly visible with jupiter marking the fulcrum of the tilted crossbar. Through most of September jupiter was hovering in perfect alignment, so that the proportions and shape of the anchor were displayed as completely symmetrical. It is a glorious and immense sight, requiring that you scan up and down and right and left to take it all into your field of vision.

In this screenshot the moon stands at the border of the FISHES and the RAM, aligned to M 31, the Andromeda galaxy. The blue line is the CE, celestial equator, an imaginary projection of the earth's equator into the heavens, dividing the entire sky into above (n) and below (S). Position off the CE is called declination. The red line it the edge of the ecliptic ECL or terrestrial orbit, the apparent path of the sun. It cannot be visualized precisely but you can trace it through the zodiacal constellations and familiarity improves judgment of where planets stand, either on or close to it, above or below. Position off the ecliptic line is called celestial latitude.

Currently the moon is above the CE by about 10 degrees but only slightly above the ECL (red line). Its orbit is sinuous, snaking above and below the ECL, and constantly changing its declination relative to the CE. Set up stellarium for this moment and hit the +, advancing the time setting one day at a time. You see how the moon crosses the ECL from north (above) to south (below), around October 5. This is when it reaches its south node, the crossover point shifting south, currently located in 28 Taurus: the hump of the BULL, below and to the right of the Pleiades.

Continue to hit + and you see the moon shifting further south relative to the ECL and dropping down relative to the CE. It moves past jupiter, causing the occultation of Friday October 5 (see below). Note that jupiter now stands almost exactly on the red line of the ECL. It also moves through the year slightly above and below the ECL, but not showing the dramatic sweeps of declination seen with the moon. Right after the anchor formed on September 3-4, jupiter dropped into near- exact centering between Aldebaran and El Nath, the two stars marking the ends of the slanting crossbar. Then it shifted down just a little, out of that perfect alignment. Now it is at its station turning retrograde: October 6 in 17 Gemini (sign format), between the horns of the BULL, beyond the massive forehead. Click Constellation Art in stellarium to see this graphic detail.

After the upcoming occultation on Friday (more below and in the audio commentary), the moon grazes the stars marking the upraised arm of ORION, then passes the torso of the TWINS, etc. All this time, notice that it is below the red line, the ECL. It continues in this manner until it reaches 28 Scorpio, in the claws of the SCORPION, the locale of the crossover from south to north of the ECL, the north node. Hence the north lunar node is currently shifting from the SCORPION into the SCALES.

COSMIC/HUMAN TIMING The nodes of the moon stand in fixed opposition, unlike the apsides which are only rarely in perfect 180 separation due to minute and fluidic perturbations of the terrestrial steering mechanism, Gaia's helm. The helm judders as she navigates the slipstream of the galactic arm. The nodes are like a rotating armature fixed to the helm that allows the mother ship to set a course that will continue for a predetermined interval of time, regardless of variations of steering due to tides, shoals, and other conditions that arise over time. It may also be compared to a rope tied to the tiller to hold it to a course once the general direction of the course is set. The craft so equipped with adapt to passing conditions, tides, winds, etc, Hence it will not sail straight ahead, but it will remain oriented over time to the preset course. The moon appears higher or lower relative to your local horizon, looking south and up (or north and up in the southern hemisphere), depending on the combination of where it is on the ECL relative to its crossover points, the lunar nodes.

The lunar nodes regress against the natural order of the zodiac at a rate of one full revolution in 18.6 years. This lunar nodal cycle is and has always been profoundly significant in the meticulous task of coordinating cosmic timing (among the Aeons) with human time. Many megalithic sites around the world incorporate this rhythm into their geometrical structure. 18.6 years is one fourth of 72 years which is the mean rate of precession: 1 degree every 72 years. You can feel and compute 18.6 years in emotive and biographical terms, but 72 years is too long a period for a single human person to grasp comprehensively, living through it in linear time. Nevertheless, an individual can biographically integrate the real flow of cosmic time by observing the 18.6-year rhythm and extrapolating it outwards.

25,950 years (72 X 360) 24 hours, 1 Aeonic DAY 1080 years = 1 Aeonic Hour 18 - 18.6 years = 1 Aeonic minute 108 days = 1 Aeonic second 1 degree of precession of the star clock takes about 4 minutes of Aeonic time.

Although you cannot observe the lunar node, you can note the moment when the moon reaches that crossover point, and then locate it visually when you go out to watch the sky. That is, work from a mental visualization to a visual observation. Currently the north lunar node stands as noted, below the Pleiades on the neck of the BULL. It is shifting toward the RAM at the rate of about 19 degrees a year or about 1.6 degrees per month. (19.36 degrees per annum = 360 degrees in 18.6 years.)

We can visualize the shift of the south lunar node into the RAM and then into the FISHES through the last half of the initialization of correction. And guess what? Where does the south node arrive in March 2014 at the formal completion of initialization? At 30 Aries, aligned to M31, the Andromeda Galaxy which is the location of the parallel earthlike world serving as the "control group" for the experiment in our world. How wonderful is that.

Until recently I have not added the lunar nodes to the parameters of the GNE. We have concentrated on the apsides of the moon, the perigee and apogee moments. Now is the time to integrate the nodal motion and recognize its significance. In the second half of the GNE, observation of the timing and shift of the lunar nodes plays a large role in tracking correction. This is a complex factor of navigation which I am struggling to synthesize and lay down in clear and cogent syntax. I would so that doing so is the highest challenge the navigator has faced so far in this experiment.

To put it fast and simple, the lunar notes indicate two simultaneous and interwoven developments: how the Wisdom Goddess uses the insight drawn from her memories after she has recapitulated them, and how her human-animal accomplices come to be involved in cosmic remembrance or phylogenetic recall, a process involving transpersonal memories or "race-memories," as they used to be called.

With the integration of the lunar nodes into the navigation process we can anticipate a huge upsurge of transpersonal race memories in the collective psyche but it remains to be seen how it will manifest among those who have no idea what's in the brew. Needless to say, it falls upon us as conscious accomplices in correction to learn how to detect, select, and direct these memories. I am speaking of actual vivid and palpable memories of previous events in human experience going back into prehistory. This subconscious mnemonic content is carried in the so-called "junk DNA" for which biologists and geneticists can find no immediate purpose or obvious function.

********** MESSAGE OF INTENT Since I initially signalled you to the lunar occultations of jupiter a few months ago, we've all been wonder what to make of Channel 16, how to use it. A number of occultations have already passed when you may have sensed some telepathic tremors in the planetary ethers. You are a sensitive lot of seafaring animals so I suspect that your psychic antennae are in some ways already attuned to Channel 16, the transceiving and coordinating "intercom" of the 18-mode Shakti Cluster console. Four more occultations are due in 2012, starting on next friday, October 5 at around 9 PM (2100 h UT). Followed by two in November and one in December.

Until now I have not been able to find the operative syntax for these events, nor get my mind clear on the method to use so that we can focus and fine-tune our telepathic skills. Channel 16 is a coordinating modality of the console, comprising an integrated circuit head of 5 pins of the 21-pin Relay cable, the other sixteen being distributed to the other modalities of the Shakti Cluster, exclusive of CH 17 which is the flashpoint or grounding rod. So the unique CH 16 plus sixteen channels in Pleromic Relay plus CH 17 for ground = 18 points in the Shakti Cluster. Damned elegant, if I do say so myself.

Speaking of elegant, take a gander at this:

I propose that running Ch 16 requires three components: 1 a ham radio-like call sign, 2 a visual image, icon or symbol, and 3, a message of intent corresponding to the image. The call sign is: GNE516.You all know that that means. Just look at it and let it permutate in your mind, three letters and three numbers. GNE516. Why 516? Well, how about 5/16, the sum of which is 21, the number of points in the Pleromic Relay cable. But 5 is also the central 5 (vajra star/pentagram) of the SC, and 16 is the operative channels of DI, Dakini instruction, and so on. In short, the call sign GNE516 is loaded with information, rich and complex content specific to this experiment.

Each ham operator has his or her own unique call sign. In the GNE using CH 16 we all use the same call sign to get on the channel at the same moment. That is the first step in the group attunement process.

Second step: contemplate visually the chosen image. You do not have to think or speak, just gaze at it and let it flood your mind with whatever comes... the "read-out" of the imagery, the significance imbued in the figures and their forms, postures, gestures, interaction, etc. Look at the image with a silent mind and just register its beauty and the potency of its imaginative message, which is multifold.

Third step: transmit the message of intent corresponding to this image. I propose this syntax: In this simulcast on Ch 16, our message of intent is: "to match and blend the male and female aspects of divine imagination so that it reaches a crescendo expression of complicity in Sophia's Dreaming for each and every one of us."

This is just one formulation intended as a guideline. You could as well come up with other language, which certainly will spontaneously tumble out of your psyche as you contemplate that proposition stated in inceptive syntax. But for the moment of simulcast. Let's all use the designated syntax and hold it steady in subvocal enunciation for some time during the occultation event.

I remind you of the time parameters involved in the current activity in the BULL: 2012 June 16: jupiter reaches the Pleiades (Gemini 1, ECL 61). Inception of Pleromic Relay June 19: jupiter converges on the south node of the moon, Gemini 3, head of the BULL near the Pleiades. NOTE: At the exact moment of inception of Pleromic Relay, jupiter (representing the Terma as guru, the pleasure of guidance) converges with the lunar node mechanism. What comes forth in the instruction of the guru, the transpersonal mentor, is now intimately co-active with the timing of cosmic memory as it gears into human memory. September 7: lunar apogee reaches the Pleiades. Completion of Pleromic Relay. Oct 6: apogee surge in Gemini 6 (ECL 66), edging past the Pleiades. Oct 7: jupiter stationary turning retrograde in 17 Gemini, between the horns of the BULL Oct 8: lunar occultation of jupiter, first in a series of four until the end of the year November 1 - January 2012: the lunar apogee stalls 2013 January 31: jupiter stationary turns direct in Gemini 7 (ECL 67) April: jupiter returns to 17 Gemini, repeating its alignment at the center of the celestial anchor. This completes the jupiter retrograde loop (an apparent effect, due to the earth overtaking it) extending from Oct 7 until January 31, a total fallback of 9 degrees. From January 31 onward, jupiter regains the fallback and moves rapidly into the space between the horns of the BULL. At the summer solstice in 2013 it passes into the TWINS.

Granted, this is a complex picture but the gist of the action is clear. Jupiter remains intimately involved with the lunar apogee, the two of them locked in a kind of back-and-forth tango dance. The dance (with bandilleras??!!) happens in the BULL, the constellation that represents the erotic-esthetic power of divine imagination. One interesting moment would appear to be a dramatic moment when jupiter and lunar apogee hover around each other in close proximity: at the SR of jupiter at the end of January 2013.

From the end of this year through into March 2013, the two are very close in 7 Gemini, ECL 67. You can follow this action by advancing the time setting day by day on stellarium. Doing so you will see that jupiter repeats its stunning alignment at the center of the cross bar of the celestial anchor on April 16, two years and one month into initialization of correction. I would indicate based on this remarkable dance of celestial omens that we have until the spring to learn how to use CH 16, based on the fine-tuning of the anchor/antenna that can be assumed from jupiter's holding pattern in the BULL.

For what it's worth I have noted before that several alternative media mavens such as Max Keiser and Gerald Celente are foreseeing a total economic meltdown and mass social upheaval in the USE and worldwide, timed to April 2013. The beauty and order of the GNE contrasts to the external chaos and collapse of society that proceeds simultaneously....

Curiously, the time period Oct 2012 - April 2013 corresponds to the first six months of activity at the experimental haven, Ambergane House.

TASKING FOR CH 16 Next comes the follow-up, determining how we track the functions of the channels and compare our findings. For this we need a forum or chat venue where you can all sign in and present your impressions in the month following the October 5 simulcast. I suggest two tools: first, the live forum or discussion venue, whatever it may be. This should be a closed facility accessible only to those who are test-running CH 16, and it should allow members to contact each other, one on one, if that is desirable. A couple or trio of you may get on a riff, for instance -- you find that you are telepathing frantically and wish to keep track of how you are doing so. Some of you may find that you are having exactly the same thoughts, revelations, and impressions, etc. Second, we need someone to undertake a synopsis of the results -- to log the simulcast, taking notes. The Ch 16 logger can extract and compile specific impressions and findings of that particular occultation as a lasting record of how we proceeded to learn how to use CH 16. In short, the logger/scribe would compile field notes based on the input of the crew. Selection of field notes would include the key points stated, paring them down from the general discussion.

Thus we would have a record of how we learned to see how CH 16 works. The scribe would only have to sign on for one occultation, the next could be undertaken by someone else. In fact, it might work better to have one person a month to undertake an occultation and provide a synopsis report to the entire crew. It would be uploaded on gaiaspora.org.

So, let's see if we an set up the forum-type facility asap after friday October 5, and a self-designated logger/scribe can begin selection of the key points of detection and discovery. salty regards to all, the nav
