The Trust has only used 4 external recruitment agencies:

Global Medirec Ltd £60,259

Gatenby Sanderson £32,028

Capita Resourcing Ltd £26,264

Axon Resourcing £9,600

This has been provided for permanent roles for the two financial years between April 2012 and March 2014.

Q3. What is the fee structure charged for the five highest paid vacancies by the above five external recruitment agencies and the roles that were hired for? Example: Office Manager - Salary £20,000 Fees paid 15% of salary = Total recruitment fees paid £3000.

Gatenby Sanderson £32,028

Recruitment by the TDA to the non-executive appointment of Chairman. The fee paid was a fixed fee for a search and select assignment not a percentage of the £21,882 salary.

Veredus, (Capita Resourcing Ltd) £26,264

Search and select fee for Director of Nursing, Salary £97,270, This was procurement as a fixed fee plus expenses not as a percentage of salary, which would have been a fee of 27%.

Axon Resourcing £9,600 – Fee for FT Programme Director, Salary £81,618, Fee Paid 12%
