The Day School is excited to announce three NEW program offerings for the 2018/2019 school year! Given sufficient interest, the Day School has added the option for parents to choose a four-hour 3-day threes class (9 am-1pm) or a five-hour 5-day fours class (9am-2 pm). In addition, our fabulous PreK class has transitioned to a full five-hour program (9 am-2 pm daily)! The purpose of these new class offerings is to afford parents more options when choosing the right class program for their children. The extra hour(s) will be instructional, but will also include a short lunch break and the 9 am – 2 pm classes will include an additional short break for classroom music and movement or playground time. A non-refundable Registration Fee of $75 will be paid at the time of this Registration. The first tuition payment (known as the advanced tuition payment) must be on file in the Day School office no later than May 15, 2018, or at the time this Registration Form is submitted. If a child is withdrawn in writing prior to June 15, 2018 the advanced tuition payment will be refunded. Withdrawal after June 15, 2018 will result in a non-refund of the advanced tuition payment. Families registering after June 15, 2018 will be required to submit a non-refundable Registration Fee and non-refundable advanced tuition payment with this Registration Form in order to reserve a space in the Day School. ______Parent Signature Date
