Since 1993, Andy has carried out a range of assignments aimed at achieving beneficial change in individuals and organisations. Andy's background has given him experience of a wide range of industries both in the UK and overseas and private and public sectors. Andy is currently Managing Consultant at Invicta Consultancy Services Limited and a Research Associate of Kingston University. He specialises in the process that knowledge and learning form the links between individual and organisational competence.
