Stampede School Two-Day Program Application Form

The Stampede School Two-Day Program is intended to support students who otherwise might not have the opportunity to participate in Stampede School, and includes—free of charge—programming, lunch, and bussing.

Your two-day program will include four activities, two of which will be*:

1. A Discovery Tour of Stampede Park

2. Equine Education with Muffy Knox To complement these activities, please select two activities from the following*:

 The Grain Academy and Museum Visit the Grain Academy and Museum in BMO Centre to experience the intriguing story of grain as it moves from the field to the table.

 Western Art at the Stampede Observe and sketch bronze statues, western landscapes, and historical images.

 An Introduction to Treaty 7 First Nations Culture Explore the history of the Treaty 7 First Nations through storytelling or dance, or by engaging with artifacts.

 Teacher-Led Journaling Organize your own journaling activity with the support of the site coordinator to create a unique experience for your students.
