Focus Humanitarian Assistance (FOCUS)/Aga Khan Agency for Habitat (AKAH), invites tenders from authorized suppliers for the following specifications:

1. Vendors should respect the procurement rules/regulations and procedure of the organization.

2. All items must possess high quality.

3. Vendor is band to supply required items as per the specifications above.

4. 2% tax will be deducted from per item price, so all prices of item should include tax.

5. Faulty items will be returned to vendor for proper replacement. Value amounts will be up hold till replacement.

6. Selected supplier should provide their valid bank accounts separately and transaction will be done only through bank.

7. Selected suppler has to deposit 10% of the total cost of the material to FOCUS/AKAH’s account as a “Security”, upon signing the contract. The selected Supplier is bound to deliver goods in the given time frame as agree at the time of signing the agreement.

8. Supplier should possess their business license in country and submit a copy to the organization. 9. The bidders must submit their bids along with their samples to FOCUS/AKAH office at following address. Bids without the required samples will be rejected.

Note: All interested suppliers are requested to attend for an orientation on May 3, 2017 from 10:00AM up to 12:00pm in FOCUS/AKAH office, before submitting their bids. All bids should be submitted in sealed envelope to FOCUS/AKAH Office.

How to Apply:

Applicants can submit bids in sealed envelope with sample to FOCUS/AKAH office in Kabul from 4rd May to 8th May 2017 from 8:00am to 5:00pm to the following address.

Note: Bids submitting online (e.g via email) will not be accepted.
