Vendors should respect the procurement rules/regulations and procedure of the organization.</p><p>2. All items must possess high quality.</p><p>3. Vendor is band to supply required items as per the specifications above.</p><p>4. 2% tax will be deducted from per item price, so all prices of item should include tax.</p><p>5. Faulty items will be returned to vendor for proper replacement. Value amounts will be up hold till replacement.</p><p>6. Selected supplier should provide their valid bank accounts separately and transaction will be done only through bank.</p><p>7. Selected suppler has to deposit 10% of the total cost of the material to FOCUS/AKAH’s account as a “Security”, upon signing the contract. The selected Supplier is bound to deliver goods in the given time frame as agree at the time of signing the agreement.</p><p>8. Supplier should possess their business license in country and submit a copy to the organization. 9. The bidders must submit their bids along with their samples to FOCUS/AKAH office at following address. Bids without the required samples will be rejected.</p><p>Note: All interested suppliers are requested to attend for an orientation on May 3, 2017 from 10:00AM up to 12:00pm in FOCUS/AKAH office, before submitting their bids.
