Operation & Maintenance Coal Handling Plants, Stacker Reclaimers, Wagon tipplers, Dozers and sorting out the routine issues by interacting with concerned departments to ensure the continues operation of plant and equipments. . Conducting regular Internal Audits, Root Cause Analysis, Troubleshooting and Reviews to ensure adherence to highest standards. . Overseeing implementation of quality as per ISO Standards. . Training and guiding teams on towards identifying factors critical to quality, to reduce downtime of equipments and improving capabilities & increasing stability. . Actively involved in planning for materials, developing vendors to obtain timely procurement of materials and equipments to facilitate smooth production process.
