OFFICIAL’S CHECKLIST

ASSIGNMENTS CHECKLIST:

Using Arbiter immediately block out unavailable assignment dates

Check Arbiter everyday

Accept or decline assignments immediately and in a timely manner

Contact crew members by email, text or phone after accepting assignments and confirm that they will be at the game. Email the supervisor no later than 24 hours before game time if you did not get confirmation from the official.

Verify school location, date, game time and arrival.

Don’t assume each official is on the same page.

ARRIVAL:

Be professional moment you get out of your until you get back into your car
