IMPORTANT  Ushering entitles you to see the performance for free the night that you usher  For this show you must arrive 1 ½ hours prior to performance time (see above)  When you arrive report to the Wharton Center House Manager  The office will provide the instructor with usher’s name if getting class credit  Ushering duties are at the beginning, intermission and end of the performance  You need to have a clean and neat appearance (no jeans or t-shirts)  You will receive an email confirming your date(s)  If you need to cancel you must call the office by 4:00 pm the night of the performance or in the case of Saturday or Sunday by 4:00 pm on Friday  You do not have to be a Theatre major to usher

The completed form should be dropped off in 115 Auditorium. After hours slide it under the door. Electronic copies of the form should be sent to [email protected]. The main office number is 355-6690 you can leave a message after hours.
