Departing: Meet at the school in front of the main office at 12:15pm on 6/15. Our flight to Spain is direct. Our flights home have a short lay-over at each stop. Each lay-over has enough time to get to our gate and grab something small to eat.

You can keep track about whether our flights are delayed on American Airlines website or the airport’s website. Once we land in Boston, we can text or call and be in touch as to whether we are on time.

Driving home: Our bus will take us to Philadelphia and bring us home. We will find our bus when we land in Philly. Once we land, we will board our bus and drive back. It is a 2 hour drive from the airport so we expect to be home 2 hours after we depart from the airport, which will be around 8:00pm.

Please plan to be at the school parking lot waiting for your child no later than 10:00pm on 6/23.

Emergency: If there is an emergency at home – please do not contact your child – please contact Mrs. Williams first! This allows all chaperones to be aware and help the student through any situation. Please contact her on her cell phone at 814-322-6765.

Free calling and texting apps to use over wifi: Viber --- I use this app with my sister and it works well. Skype Tango Google hangouts (and many others) Choose one and you can use it over wifi for free.
