We require 24 hours notice for cancellations of appointment unless it is due to an emergency, sudden illness or unforseen family matters.

Clients who do not keep their appointments and do not contact us will have this recorded on their history. After three “no shows” we will ask for a non refundable deposit of 50% of total service cost to cover the cost of staff wages and loss of income from other potential clients.

We prefer if mobile phones are switched off unless it is necessary for work or family matters.

If you have a complaint or are dissatisfied with your service please inform us so that we can rectify the problem and reimburse you appropriately.

PHOTODYNAMIC LIGHT THERAPY

RED LIGHT: has the ability to penetrate deep into the layers of the skin energizing the fibroblast cells that stimulate collagen and elastin production. SKIN PEELS (FOR AGEING CONCERNS)

These peels are effective in helping to retexture skin. Improves the appearance of ageing skins as well as oily and acne thickened and sun damaged skins.

1. Glycolic, Lactic peels 45 mins $75.00 For oiliness, congestion, dull skin and minor breakouts.

2. Pumpkin peels 45 mins $75.00 This is a great combination of lactic (hydrating), glycolic (exfoliating), salicylic (anti inflammatory) and Vitamin A (ageing concerns, pigmentation, excess oil).

3. Pigment Punch / White Peel 45mins $75.00 Uneven skin tone, pigmented skin, improves clarity. For the best result the home care products containing similar active ingredients are recommended.

LIGHT AMPLIFIER PEEL

James completed A Bachelor of Nursing and Bachelor of Health Science in 2002 majoring in Health Education & Health Promotions. In 2003 he commenced work at the Alfred Hospital Emergency & Trauma Centre and in 2007 James achieved a ‘Nurse Clinician’ position with the Mobile Assessment Treatment Service (MATS) performing medical assessments and treating clients in the community for Alfred Health. James has over ten years experience providing professional Nursing services over Melbourne as well as internationally, both in public and private sectors. If you are considering having a Skin Peel

11  Please advise staff if you have a function or social engagement within the same week  Please understand that if you are having a peel that it is possible to have visible peeling, light scabbing or broken skin.

In most cases you will only have light peeling or almost invisi ble peeling but there is a possibility of a more extreme outcome even when the therapist follows all the protocols for carrying out skin peel.

If you are not comfortable with visible skin peeling you are best to avoid peels.
