[3724-2] 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 A BILL 10 11 TO AMEND SECTION 77465, AS AMENDED, CODE OF 12 LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE 13 DESIGNATION OF PRECINCTS IN RICHLAND COUNTY, SO 14 AS TO REDESIGNATE CERTAIN PRECINCTS, TO 15 DESIGNATE A MAP NUMBER ON WHICH THE NAMES OF 16 THESE PRECINCTS MAY BE FOUND AND MAINTAINED 17 BY THE OFFICE OF RESEARCH AND STATISTICS OF THE 18 STATE BUDGET AND CONTROL BOARD, AND TO 19 CORRECT ARCHAIC LANGUAGE. 20 21 Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South 22 Carolina: 23 24 SECTION 1. Section 77465 of the 1976 Code, as last amended by 25 Act 24 of 2007, is further amended to read: 26 27 “Section 77465.
