1.0 SCOPE OF THIS CORRIGENDUM

1.1 This corrigendum-3 dated 16-12-2011, is issued due to changes in arbitration clause.

1.2 Except for details mentioned herein, all other details contained in the enquiry specification TCE.6079B-B-Z-204 dated 10-10-2011and earlier corrigendum, shall remain applicable and unchanged.

2.0 All existing Bidders to note that GPC clause no. 38 is modified as under:

“ All disputes arising out of this Purchase Order shall be referred to the sole arbitrator appointed on mutual consent of the owner and the vendor in accordance with Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 and his decision / award shall be final and binding on the owner and the vendor. Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 shall apply to the proceedings under the contract”

In view of the above, new bidder, if any, is interested to submit bids against this tender shall forward his Expression of Interest (EOI) for biding to TCE in writing latest by 19th Dec 2011, 2.00 PM. In case of any new bidder forwarding his Expression of Interest for biding within above mentioned date and time, the bidder shall submit his bids latest by 2nd January 2012. In case of no EOI from any new bidders, price bids of existing technically qualified bidders will be opened on 20th Dec 2011 for further processing.
