Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 shall apply to the proceedings under the contract”</p><p>In view of the above, new bidder, if any, is interested to submit bids against this tender shall forward his Expression of Interest (EOI) for biding to TCE in writing latest by 19th Dec 2011, 2.00 PM. In case of any new bidder forwarding his Expression of Interest for biding within above mentioned date and time, the bidder shall submit his bids latest by 2nd January 2012.
