10. Authorize - The Department of Assessment to retain appraisers (Gus Joseph - 107 9-0 Polk St., 331, 337 Rosemont Dr., 3814 S. Salina St., 415 S. Clinton St., 107 Sabine 46 St., 208 E. Castle St. & 238 Shonnard St.; William Anderson - 350 Montgomery St.)

11. Correct Tax Rolls - (521-23 W. Colvin St., 2417-19 E. Fayette St., 103 Rann Ave., 9-0 416 Bear St., 103 Graves St., 435 Rich St., 272-74 Robert Dr.) For various charges 47 for Tax Years 2003/2004.

12. Sell - All right, title and interest of the City of Syracuse in and to the premises known H as 216-218 Burt Street, a vacant lot, to Central New York Services, Inc. for the total H sum of $1,075.

13. Sell - All right, title and interest of the City of Syracuse in and to the premises known H as 1009 Montgomery Street, a vacant lot, to Central New York Services, Inc. for the H total sum of $1,075.

14. Sell - All right, title and interest of the City of Syracuse in and to the premises known H as 1021 Montgomery Street, a vacant lot, to Central New York Services, Inc. for the H total sum of $1,075.

15. Sell - All right, title and interest of the City of Syracuse in and to the premises known H as 730-732 N. Salina Street to Gebhardt Avenue, a vacant lot, to Daniel Lum for the H total sum of $10,300.

2 BY COUNCILOR WAELDER:

19. Application & Agreement - To and with the NYS Division of Criminal Justice Services 9-0 for funds in an amount not to exceed $260,000 for the implementation of the 48 Strategy Grant Program targeting juvenile violence. The Syracuse Model Neighborhood Facility, Inc will implement activities associated with this program. The required cash match not to exceed $29,100 is from Syracuse Model Neighborhood Facility, Inc. account #01.19307.0.000.

20. Contract - With Johnson Controls for a Feasibility Analysis for a District Wide Capital 9-0 Project on behalf of the Syracuse City School District. There is no fee for this 49 assessment.

BY COUNCILOR SEALS:

21. Accept - A donation of clay valued at $645 from Roberta C. Lamb to be used by the 9-0 Department of Parks, Recreation and Youth Programs at the Burnet Park Arts and 50 Crafts Facility.

BY COUNCILOR SIMMONS:

22. Amend - The Lease Agreement with Sensis Corporation for the operation of an 9-0 Airport Surface Detection System at Syracuse Hancock International Airport, to allow 51 for an increase in the amount of equipment and a revision to the fee schedule for a five-year period from August 15, 2001 through August 14, 2006. (Public Hearing held on Monday, February 9, 2004 at 1:00 P.M.)

23. Agreement - With Duluxe Financial Services, Inc. for 145 parking spaces in the City 9-0 (Sibley’s) Parking Garage at the rate of $67.25 per space per month for the period of 52 three years.
