ORDER ( Hearing on 06/07/2017) The Petitioner has filed an application in the similar matter before the Commission under section 14 of UPERC (Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum & Electricity Ombudsman) Regulation 2007 and whereas the Commission initiates the proceeding in the matter under section 142 for non compliance of Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum order dated 20/01/2017 in appeal no. 11/2016.

The Commission issued notice to the parties. Page 1 of 2 The Petitioner was represented by his counsel Shri Ved Prakash Pandey. The Respondent was represented by his counsel Shri A.S. Rakhra.
The Petitioner submitted that that the bill was not provided to them in accordance with the direction given in the CGRF order.
The Respondent submitted that the compliance of the CGRF order has been made and they will submit the Affidavit of Compliance within 7 days with a copy to the Petitioner. The Commission grants 15 days time to the Petitioner to file his objections and the Respondent may file the reply within next 7 days.
