Lending Process Effective 5.1.2017

Some important information regarding the loan application process starting May 1 has been noted below from the Lending team.

As of May 1, all CCCU loan policies, guidelines and loan rates apply:

 If the member visits any of the new member center locations and wants to apply for a loan, the CCCU team member will enter the application into CCCU Symitar on site at each member center. This is the perfect opportunity for the previous MCCU team members to watch and learn so they are prepared to do it on their own after systems conversion.  The loan will go to the main credit analyst queue 710 for decision  The Lending Processors will call the member and prepare the loan documents just as they do for all CCCU member loan closings today. They will either arrange for the member to close via DocuSign or send the documents to the respective member center for signing. All documentation will be on CCCU, CUNA LoanLiner documentation.  The loan will be funded and a share account (non-member lending) will be created. The share does not need to be funded if the applicant is already a member of MCCU as they are CCCU members as of 5/1!  The new branch codes are active in Symitar. After conversion, the member’s loan will be reunited with the member’s main share (likely the one established through MCCU) by the Lending team (they will do a loan record maintenance to the loan to move it to the main share account).  If a member comes in before or after the CCCU team member is on site, the team member may take the member to a suite and do a warm transfer to the Lending Contact Center at 877.243.2528 x2200 to speak to an Advisor who will enter the loan application.

If a current MCCU member calls the contact center and wants to apply, they should be warm transferred to the Lending Contact Center to speak to an advisor, 877.243.2528 x2200.
