Janet and Bill Are Talking Thursday May 13, at Nine O Clock in the Morning

(Janet and Bill are talking Thursday May 13, at nine o´clock in the morning)

Janet: Is everything all right? Bill: Yes, I think so. I´m picking up the visas on Wednesday morning and the tickets in the afternoon. Janet: Oh, good. Don´t forget that the children are going to stay with Mother tonight – you´re driving them. Bill: Oy yes. For how long? Janet: Just for two nights. Back on Saturday night. Bill: That isn´t long. Janet: Darling – you know it´s John´s birthday on the 16th. Bill: So it is... We must have him home for his birthday. What are we giving him? Janet: A bike. Bill: Oh yes, that´s right. When are you going to do the packing? Janet: On the weekend, at the last possible moment. You´re going to help, I hope? Bill: Oh yes. Yes, of course. Janet: And then on Monday we´re off! British Airways Flight 011 to Australia. For three months! I´m so excited! Bill: OK. Remember Peter and Sally are coming this evening. Janet: No, they aren´t. It´s tomorrow. Bill: Well, somebody´s coming tonight. Janet: Your father. And Mary Rawson´s telephoning this afternoon. She wants to ask you about her back ache. Bill: Well, I´m sorry, but I´m leaving in about two minutes. I have to be at the office in half an hour, and I won´t be back before six. Janet: All right. I´ll give Mary your love. Bill: OK, Bye, darling. Have a nice day! Janet: You too. Bye-bye!
