Our recent expansion has afforded us a unique opportunity for a strategic, dynamic, and forward- thinking Generalist/Coordinator looking to “shift gears” and join the team in our Harrodsburg, KY facility. Chief Duties and/or Responsibilities:

Coordination of component procurement – 40%  Support development of component procurement system  Ordering and follow-up of purchase orders with suppliers  Organize and maintain priority ordering system  Support supplier development and price negotiations  Supplier liaison for Project Managers

Provide project support – 30%  Assembly of custom equipment manuals  Liaison for customer projects  Support project cost management databases as requested by Project Managers

Coordination of components received – 15%  Create and maintain daily distribution of components received  Collaboration with suppliers for outstanding orders  Organize facilities, meetings and planning with component suppliers

Crating, shipping and misc. scheduling – 5%  Planning and documentation preparation for finished goods shipment.  Prepare and maintain shipping schedules for domestic and foreign shipments  Coordinate with Import/Export groups for international shipments delivered and received  Coordinate with outsourced crating companies

Group companies liaison (International) – 10%  Coordinate and maintain RFQ’s within Global Group Companies  Maintain quality assurance documentation and distribution  Collaboration with group companies internationally.  Coordinate and support document interpretation as necessary with Global Group Companies Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills  Associate’s degree or equivalent experience  1-2 years’ experience in project and/or administrative support  Strong attention to detail and organizational and analytical skills  Strong English communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written  Proficiency in Microsoft Office with proven strong Excel, Access and Power Point skills  Bi-lingual skills in either Japanese, Chinese or Spanish highly preferred

The scope of this position will provide several areas of support among our Equipment, Tool & Die and Test Development groups. Must work collaboratively with all groups to support the management of custom equipment and mold tool design/construction.
